Mark Your Calendars for the IWFA Louisiana SLAM Tournament! 

Registration Opens Thursday, April 1, 2021 and is limited to the first 24 members to sign up

It's back!  This year Rebel, Suzie and Julie would like to invite you to fish the 2021 Louisiana Slam Tournament.

This year's Tournament will kickoff on Sunday, June 5 at the New Orleans Big Game Fishing Club located at CYPRESS COVE Marina with the mandatory Captain's Meeting and all participating anglers. 

Tournament fishing will be Monday, June 7 - Wednesday, June 9. Over these dates, we have hopes of great weather, proper tide ranges and the best fishing on the Delta. Fishing should be off the charts in Venice, Louisiana. We have approved the use of #10 PowerPro Hi Viz braided line as the only line to be spooled.  Some ofthe guides use leader some do not, therefore, bring some with you. If you prefer Fluorocarbon orregular leader material 30# to 40# is recommended.

The Registration fee will be $1,700 to include your guides and Sunday evening kickoff dinner, Tuesday and Wednesday evening dinners.  Monday evening dinner will be up to each angler and theirchoice.

Venice Marina and Cypress Cove Marina have a selection of room accommodations as well as local rentals that can be found online.

The ladies of Louisiana are all about FISHING and FUN! If you haven't joined them, you won't want to miss this genuine good time down on the Delta and there is always a special party on Tuesday night.  Just for the record, in the past we have released over 2200 game fish with only 24 anglers. Don't miss out on the fishing, friendship and fun!  Species targeted include redfish, trout, flounder and black drum.  We will also look forward to seeing the bull reds this year.  Early morning departures for fishing will continue to be out of the Venice Marina.

Please sign up early and make sure you have paid your membership dues to be a valid participant.

These guides fish with us every year and June is their hottest month in a bucket list fishing destination with exceptional fishing!
